James R. Evans – President
– Master of Health and Safety, Indiana Status University
– Master of Health Administration, Indiana University
– Ordained Minister and doctoral student at Trinity Seminary & Bible College
Jim is a Christian marriage & family counselor and Center Director of Community Christian Counseling in Terre Haute. Jim has served as President of the Wabash Valley Ministerial Association from 2001through 2005. Prior to being ordained in 1997, Jim was a healthcare executive focusing on the development and operation of new clinical and support services. His life has been personally affected by the addiction of a loved one.
Dean Kelly- Vice President
Dean has retired from the Lawrenceville, IL. Utility Company, and he organized the Neighborhood Watch Drug Coalition in Lawrenceville, IL. His life has been personally affected by the addiction of a loved one.
Teri Evans – Secretaty
– Master of Science, Indiana State University
– Executive Director of FREEBIRDS Solution Center.
Teri has retired from Eli Lilly pharmaceutical company where she has experience in training development, clinical trial coordination, and computer system compliance with Food and Drug Administration regulations. Her life has been personally affected by the addiction of a loved one.
Deanna Tanner- Treasurer
Deanna is a Supervisor in the Vigo County Clerks Office. Her life has been personally affected by the addiction of a loved one.
Terry became a Builder/Contractor in 1989. He builds custom and speculative homes. He was president of the Home Builders of Greater Terre Haute in 2002-2003. He serves as Area Vice President for Indiana Builders Association (Indpls). He is a lifetime Board member for the Home Builders of Terre Haute and is on the executive board at the state level. Terry has experienced the tragedies and struggles of loved ones involved in drugs and has spent many hours counseling and helping others in recovery.
Sandy is Secretary for the Terre Haute law firm of Wilkinson, Goeller, Modesitt, Wilkinson, and Drummy. Her life has been personally affected by the addiction of a loved one.
Mark is a graduate of FreeBirds Solution Center, and now active in recovery community. He is an expert home remodeler,and former business owner.

From 1985 to the present, Terry has served as Senior Partner in Modesitt Law Offices, PC. He has 15 years experience as Deputy Prosecutor in Vigo County and is now Prosecutor. He has served his community on several Boards of Directors such as: Youth for Christ, Crisis Pregnancy Center, and Union Baptist Church. He has a deep concern for our community and the plight of those suffering from addictions.

George has 37 years experience in law enforcement. From 2004 through 2007 he served as Terre Haute Chief of Police, and was the originator of the annual Hope Rally to educate the public on addictions and to encourage recovery.
Graduate of Christian International University
Ordained October 7, 1967 and has served as Pastor of Farmers Chapel Community Church, Terre Haute, IN since September 2000. His work experience includes bookkeeping and tax work for many years and in various places of employment. He retired from Bookkeeping Office Manager for Cross Tabernacle in March 2003, and he serves on the Crisis Pregnancy Center’s Board
